All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Balzac's Coffee Roasters currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards for online purchases. Prices are subject to change without notice. The product price does not include shipping.

Sales tax is applied where required. Coffee is not subject to sales tax, but our other merchandise is.

After you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation that your order was placed. Your order will be shipped no more than three business days after the payment has been approved.


Default grind is for drip coffee. If you require grinding for a particular brewing type please include details in the comments section on the cart page. If you have additional questions, please send to prior to placing your order. There are no refunds or exchanges on ground coffee.


Balzac's Coffee Roasters will never sell, trade or distribute your information to another company for any reason, without your consent, other than to deliver the purchased product.

We utilize Shopify, one of the most secure and trusted ecommerce services available to power our online store. They provide high levels of security and encryption. Your credit card information is collected when you place an order, and it is only used to process your order. We do not retain credit card numbers for future orders.

Balzac's Loyalty Card

To earn points towards you Balzac's Loyalty Card please enter your 14 digit card number ( found on the bottom back side of your card ) on the "your shopping cart" page before preceding to check out. Online purchases may only earn loyalty points towards an activated loyalty card. To redeem loyalty rewards or obtain your loyalty card please visit a Balzac's retail location.
